When does the process begin?
In the planning stage. Most people are aware of rising utility bills. Our product lowers significantly those monthly bills. The United States Department of Energy has found 60% of the average monthly utility bill in America is due to leakage. The reality is, you will pay for foam whether your home receives it or not with the large monthly bill you pay from the utility company.
If you research today's insulaiton choices, you will probably choose spray foam insulation.
The next step is to decide who will install the foam insulation for you.
Here is an unsolicited assessment of BioTex Foam by a knowledgeable client:
Just wanted to give more detailed feedback on the job y'all completed for me
I had watched a lot of YouTube videos (because that's how you become an expert on things nowdays, I guess), my job allows me access to pretty much any construction site, and I have contact with several contractors and homebuilders to get information from. In preparation for my project, I inspected some barns and houses with spray foam installed but I was not really impressed with the manner they were done, and it seemed that the material wasn't being used to it's full potential.
After seeing your guys work, it seems that the commonality with those other jobs was simply a poor install procedure, a "let's get this job done and check the box" approach where the closed cell had poor adhesion or cracks, and the open cell had gaps all around the perimeter. I consistently saw 1/4-1/2" gaps at multiple sites I looked at , but I knew this was not how things were supposed to be.
Watching how Mr Aguilar and Mr Cedillo applied the product indicated to me (of course y'all had already told me this) that they were experienced installers and further, actually understood the physical processes that were occurring, with a defined end result in mind. When I pictured my objectives of added structural rigidity, sealing the envelope of the structure, and energy efficiency, in that order, what I imagined happening was nearly exactly how I saw Mr Aguilar and Mr Cedillo applying the product.
On another note, your crews behavior was what I expected. They kept their area cleaned up, weren't out taking smoke breaks every 5 minutes (or hardly any breaks at all), showed up 5 minutes before when they said they would, stayed past 5:00 pm, weren't cursing, or fighting with each other or throwing equipment, and generally worked how I would expect people to work which is a pretty high standard considering the labor pool nowdays.
I really think that my objectives were met (insofar as an average person could assess the end results) and, even though I ended up spending way more with this part of the job than I budgeted for, I would do it again after being able to see the attention to detail and concern for the process, even the parts that would never be seen by anyone.
Finally, I want to thank you and Mr Snider for the communication, I don't usually need a lot of hand holding but when I do have questions, it's because I need that information and y'all provided everything I asked for. You wouldn't believe how much difficulty I had getting a quote, and one that said what the actual work would be for instead of a bottom line number that promised to deliver essentially nothing.
My first (and hopefully, only!) experience with your industry was educational, and most importantly, delivered what I expected. Thanks to you and your guys for being professionals and caring about your business.

Thank you Dave!
We hope you will consider us. We will do an analysis of your floor plan and any special building situation you may have. We then follow up with an immediately free estimate of the entire cost of both product and installation.
When do you begin spraying the foam insulation?
Foam insulation goes into the structure at the exact same time as any insulation. The framing and the mechanical are complete and inspected. Then you insulate.
Spray foam insulation rises nearly instantly. Within seconds it is dry. We scrape excess away, leaving a surface ready for sheet rock or other finish out.
