Drill and fill for existing houses

We use a method commonly known as drill and fill. This method of Foaming your walls is for existing houses that are not exposed for BIBs or Spray Foam Insulation.

The name says it all. We drill and hole at the top of the wall and spray a creamy foam inside. We are able to do this to your existing walls without pulling off sheetrock or outside siding.

You do not have to worry that it will expand and blow a hole in your wall. It does not expand like spray foam insulation. .

Drill and Fill along with BIBs is a common combination that will greatly lower your utilities and make your home healthier and more comfortable.

You do not have to do any preparation to the walls before we inject the Drill and Fill insulation. We drill small holes into the outside siding (including brick) and use these holes to inject the foam.. Remember, the foam does not expand like regular spray foam. This foam comes out smooth and creamy, not a liquid spray.

We can insulate your attic and at the same time drill and foam your walls giving your house a complete insulation.
